Using Tags to Manage Your Campaign Tracking
AccuRoute® – Dial800’s intelligent call routing system that allows you to control how, where, and when your calls are routed
CallView360® – Dial800’s call tracking software for analyzing and reporting your call data points
Digital Marketing – Online marketing, instead of traditional print advertising or TV and radio ads, include pay per click, search ads, retargeting campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more
DNIS – The number dialed that triggers the call routing process
IVR Menu – An Interactive Voice Response Menu, or IVR, allows inbound callers to respond to call routing prompts by selecting a number on their keypad (“press 1 for sales or 2 for billing”) or saying certain phrases (“say ‘Sales’ to speak to sales, or ‘Billing’ to speak to billing”)
Routing Tag – Attributes that track caller executions during the call flow including selections in the menu, digits entered when prompted like their zip code, or geo-routing rules
Tag – Custom attributes in Dial800 that are bound to each call record
Target Tags – Custom attributes in Dial800 that are related to the target number
Voice Tagging Profile – The profiles you create to organize keywords and phrases that you would like to track
Web Tag – Tags that are automatically generated and attached to your call data based on digital lead source attribution
