AccuRoute® – Dial800’s intelligent call routing system that allows you to control how, where and when your calls are routed

Integration – The process of pulling data from other programs into Dial800, or pushing Dial800 data into other programs

Open API Framework – An API (Application Programming Interface) is the set of requirements that control how one application communicates with another; our open API framework allows you to interface other programs, like your sales information in Netsuite or campaign information from Google Ads, into Dial800 or pull Dial800 data into those programs

RoundTrip® – RoundTrip® consolidates your call center data management and integrations, making it easier to see your call codes, data feeds, and sales reports in one unified report
